Diamonds in the Dust is a new series of experiences, designed to showcase Australian Producers, stunning regional destinations and to connect people over a delicious dining experience.

Having grown up on a merino wool property in Western Victoria, Diamond Experiences Founder Joanne has always maintained a passion for Australia’s Agricultural industry and is now a (modest) beef cattle producer in Queensland.

Myrtille has been recognised as one of Queensland’s top restaurants – with its sophisticated European-style menu that showcases locally-sourced produce.
